Commission Terms of service

❏ Acceptance of Project
・ The artist reserves the right to accept or refuse any project based on their discretion and availability.
・ The client will be notified promptly if the artist is unable to accept their project.❏ Ownership and Usage
・ The artist retains full ownership and copyright of the artwork, and the client may not claim the artwork as their own.
・ The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the artwork for personal use only.
・ The client may not reproduce, sell, or distribute the artwork without the artist's written permission.❏ Revisions and Changes
・ Minor revisions are included in the commission price, and the artist will work with the client to ensure their satisfaction with the final product.
・ Major revisions or changes to the original scope of the project may require additional fees, which will be agreed upon by both parties before work commences.❏ Payment and Fees
・ The commission fee will be agreed upon by both the client and the artist before any work begins.
・ The final payment will be due upon completion of the commission and before delivery of the final artwork.
・ The artist reserves the right to adjust the price based on the complexity and scope of the project and will communicate any changes to the client in writing.❏ Refunds and Cancellations
・ If the artist is unable to complete the commission for any reason, the deposit will be returned to the client.
・ If the client cancels the commission after work has begun, the artist may retain a portion of the deposit to cover any work already completed.
・ If the client is unsatisfied with the final product, the artist may offer revisions or adjustments to the artwork, but is not obligated to offer a refund.❏ By agreeing to these terms, the client acknowledges that they have read and understood the above terms and conditions and agrees to be bound by them.
